i must admit although the product did not work out for our house, the refund process was so quick!

This was unfortunate - the build quality was good, and it was easy to fit. I bought this, however, in order to prevent the loud slapping noise that our previous vent cover was making whenever the wind picked up. I thought the addition of a cowl would keep the wind out but, unfortunately, it didn’t help and was just as infuriatingly loud as our previous cover.So despite seeming to be good at first glance, for us the design simply wasn’t fit for purpose.
Broke after 18m. The vent is held on to the wall plate by a few thin pieces of plastic. Those all failed and it falls off now
